Can't upgrade to premium

Hi I'm trying to upgrade from standard to premium but the button doesn't seem to work. Can you help?

    Hi Natalie, thanks for bringing this up. I’ve found root cause and it’s now fixed. You should be able to upgrade to premium now. If you have still have issue upgrading, please let me know, thanks.
